This was an amazing week to watch on video!
On this video I will talk about the trades but also about the rules and changes…
There some confusion about the performance fee that clients have to pay on the monthly basis.
So let me explain this also in text:
When you are starting under my IB link with $500 minimum you can do this for 30 days.
After those 30 days you have 1 week to ad more money to your account to 1000$.
You have 1 week to do this, when you fail to ad more money to your trading account until it reach a minimum of $1000 then,
your money will be returned minus 50% performance Fee in stat of 30%…
When you want to reopen an new account or want to participate again your minimum deposit will then be $10.000…
I hope the above explanation is clear!?
When you are starting under my IB link you will pay less Performance Fee while your account is growing, all though the minimum will be 25%.
When do you pay 28% Performance Fee? You have 25.000 dollars on your trading account and you have invested 5.000 dollars then this is the calculation.
25.000 – 5.000 = 20.000 – 30%PF = 6.000(PF)
20.000 – 6.000(PF) = 14.000 + 5.000(Deposit) = 19.000 >>>you still have to pay 30% Performance Fee
So how do you need to calculate to claim you 28% and the 25% Performance Fee…
25.000 Account balance with an Deposit of 5.000:
You need at least 45% more then 20.000.(this is already minus the Deposit amount)
20.000 + 45% = 29.000
29.000 – 30% = 20.300
20.300 + 5000 = 25.300 now you can claim your 28% Performance fee
50.000 Account balance with an Deposit of 5.000:
You need at least 40% more 45.000.(this is already minus the Deposit amount)
45.000 + 40% = 63.000
63.000 – 28% = 45.360
45.360 + 5000 = 50.360 now you can claim your 25% Performance fee
What ever your deposit will be in total you need to subtract that from you total account balance when you have 25.000 or when you have a total of 50.000..
Only then you know what you need as a total account balance to claim your 28% and/or the 25% performance fee
I hope this makes it more clear to understand about the structure how to calculate!
have a great Sunday
